We will return a fax with all the information that we can legally provide.   A 24-hour source of case information is available on-line. At Access 13 On-Line Inquiry System, creditors can search by case number, by case participant's last name, or by the name of a creditor or other interested party. Information is available to more than one trustee's data.   Robert Hyman, Chapter 13 Trustee in Richmond, Virginia hosts an in-house web site permitting access to a copy of trustee data files as well as e-mail service to the Trustee and his staff.   Another immediate source of case information is the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.   The United States Bankruptcy Court in Richmond can be called directly at 1-800/ 326-5879. This is a voice-automated line where creditors can search by name, case number, social security number, or tax identification number.
